I started The Us Agency because I am passionate about serving others, and I want to be a positive voice for change in this world.
Prior to The Us Agency I worked with multiple nonprofit organizations and throughout that work I discovered a lack of adequate marketing and support for non-profits. I realized no matter how important the cause, without proper channels for growth, impact was limited. I thought there must be a better way, thus The Us Agency was born.

Fundraising Specialist- Jay Cash
Jay cash is a live event fundraiser and auctioneer. Jay alongside of his Auction Style fundraising team will conduct over 60 events each year for non-profits across the country, from church basements to the 102nd floor of the World Trade Center. In 2021 Jay Cash was elected the national auctioneer association Board of Directors. Jay has raised millions of dollars for non-profits and is extremely passionate about what he does.
Marketing Specialist-Natalie Bula
Natalie Bula is a marketing specialist. Over the years, Natalie has helped many businesses take control of their online presence to create lasting digital footprints and brand awareness. Passionate about educating others and staying on top of current trends across all platforms in the ever changing world of social media.

Production Specialist- Spencer Davies
Spencer Davies is an award winning director and owner of Trespasser Productions. He has helped grow many well known companies and organizations through video production. He has an excellent understanding of the industry and brings an innovative perspective to The Us Agency.
Project Specialist- Andrew Shelton
Andrew Shelton works in project management at HCA. Andrew brings a dynamic perspective to every project he works on at HCA and with The Us Agency. Andrew Is known for his leadership skills and work ethic. He is extremely passionate about advocating for others and creating positive change.
